BASIC +
Wingfoiling
We will split in groups according to Levels. There will be max 4 persons per coach, to improve the quality of the coaching. We will be on the water daily and structure our lessons and the time on the water according to the wind & the conditions. Please keep in mind that we are depending on nature, therefore we need to stay flexible and ajust our plans.
Average 4 hours a day on minimum 5 days are spent learning and practicing.

Together we will stay in a very typical house in Brouwersdam with the classic Noth Coast charm. To find the right room for your let's get in touch and we will figure out how to make this stay the most comfortable for you together.

Aktivities
Mostly Wingfoiling. (;
There will be theory and practice elements with lot's of focus on being in the water. We offer you to join our daily guided yoga flows and encourage you to strech and activate the body.
When in Holland of course a bike tour can't be missed. Picnic in the dunes and other adventures are waiting for you. No wind programm will be theory and exploring Holland together.

Levels
This Camp is for complete and total beginners & also for those that already had their first tries but struggle to improve. Taking your first fligth on this foil thing can be challenging but with a little help and a lot of pratice it's absolutly figureoutable. Let's get you there! To bring with
Bring with you, your swimwear and a beach towel. If you do have your own wetsuit, shoes, helmet and impact west it's always most comfortable to bring your own. Don't worry if you do not have those things, just let as know in advance and we will organize it for you. If you plan on joining daily stretching and yoga sessions, bring your mat. You already have your own wingfoil equipment? Great! Bring it & let us know what gear you are using.

Real Talk
Savety allways comes first. Learning wingfoiling can be challenging and exhausting, it's important to take enough resting times during an intesive coaching programm. The focus is rather on the quatity of the time on the water than the quanty of hours spent training. Our plan is to spend at least 4 hours per day wingfoiling on minimum 5 days, this programm leaves us the most flexibiltiy to ajust to the conditions & explore the dunes of the arias around us. But be sure the team is always most motivated to spent the most possible time on the water so if the conditions and the individuall fitness level allow it, of course it can be more.
WING CAMP LIFE
Early birds are welcome to join the Yoga & streching session. Breakfast. Wingfoiling. Lunch. Wingfoiling. Some more Streching. Dinner & Recap of the Day. In case of no wind the wing sessions will be replaced with theory, bike tours and little trips. One day is free for advetures, resting or Wingfoiling, depending on conditions and interests. During the training, groups will be split in Basic (total Beginners) and + (sligthly advanced).
Saturday 17. August: Arrival during the afternoon & Get-together in the evening
Day 1: Basics of Theory, handling the Equipment, training on the beach, first trys on the water
Day 2: Riding in all directions, improving the wing handling
Day 3: Individual tips according to your individual progress
Day 4: Learing by doing, analizing it together, learning from another
Day 5: Let's fly, pratice, pratice, pratice
Day 6: Let's have fun & give you the most valubale tips and guiding for your future wingfoil journey
Saturday 24. August: Time to say goodbye
The slightly advanced group will start with some refresching and then build on the individual knowledge and skillset to guide you towards your goals step by step.

*Coaching will be ajusted to the Level and the Fitness of the participants on site and plans can change according to the wind and weather conditions.

Hey there, we are Anna & Annika. We both follow the winds to persue our passions for Wind- and Watersports. The wind brought us together, when we both worked as wingfoil coaches in Egypt. And what should we tell you? It's always better together! Sharing our most magical wingfoil session made us dream of sharing our passion together.
